Lisa Theiss is a professional real estate executive with the title of Vice President of Business Development Westchester County for William Raveis Real Estate. She is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and business development of more than 70 affiliated sales associates and employees in the Armonk and Scarsdale sales offices. Over the past three years, Lisa opened and has grown the Scarsdale office with her knack for recruiting to attract new talent and sales associates to the team. Under her skillful management, these offices frequently ranked as one of the top-performing offices in the Raveis network and she was recognized as a top executive in Westchester County. During more than 20 years in the real estate industry, Lisa has served in various leadership roles, including Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Managing Broker. She has been recognized for her outstanding executive performance with numerous leadership awards with William Raveis, as well as other Westchester real estate companies. As a top sales associate before entering management, Lisa has done it all and excels at every level. She is a licensed broker and a hands-on leader in the field with a record that speaks volumes for her abilities in driving a company forward in innovation and growth. Throughout her years in real estate, she has demonstrated her personal and professional commitment to customer-centric service, whether it be with sellers and buyers of real estate or the sales associates who serve them. Her firsthand, up-to-the-minute knowledge of the regional marketplace and her big-picture understanding of industry trends have earned her gratitude and respect among clients and her colleagues at Raveis. As a sales associate, she was a consistent top producer and recipient of Diamond, Gold and Platinum awards from Westchester Board of Realtors. She managed sales and marketing for Cider Mill, a gated community comprised of new construction luxury town homes in Armonk. Lisa possesses an in-depth knowledge of Westchester County real estate and is always connected 24/7 to support her clients and sales associates. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Villanova University. She raised her three children in Armonk and currently resides there with her husband, Charles, their Dudley Yellow Labrador named Hudson and their Dudley Chocolate Labrador named Henry.
