Bill Hall, Is a Past President of the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Council of the Miami Association of Realtors. He also served as Chairman of Florida Realtors, Private Property Rights, Land Use and Sustainable Development Committee and was a board member of the National Association of Realtors Land Use Committee He has a lengthy track record of both residential and commercial development sales, having handled the lobbying, financing, closing, planning, site selection, government relations and entire development process. Hall has marketed and sold communities throughout Florida, Belize and Mexico, ranging from small exclusive communities to major communities with 1000 units

He's completed more than two billion dollars in real estate transactions. Mr. Hall has also been Chairman of Palm Beach County's Land Use Advisory Board and Local Planning Agency, a member of The Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council and was awarded the 2013 Realtor of the Year for the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Assoc. of Realtors and 2015 Leadership Award from the Miami Association of Realtors. He also serves as Chairman of Florida Realtors, Private Property Rights, Land Use and Sustainable Development Committee. He is a member of the B Presidents Circle with his previous firm. Mr. Hall has been named Commercial Real Estate Agent of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is also the recipient of a scholarship awarded by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council (CCIM) for excellence in commercial real estate and holds the Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation by the National Association of Home Builders.

Bill is an avid Yachtsman and has lived in Palm Beach County sense 1981. He began his career in real estate in 1981 leasing and selling Class A Office Buildings. He went on to develop residential developments and condominium conversions and selling Luxury Homes. He is from Plainfield, In and his wife is from New Canaan,Conn. They have Three Children.
