Personal

Cathy Johnson is a lifelong resident of the Merrimack Valley and veteran real estate professional licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She puts her customers first and works solely in their interest, whether they're buying or selling a home. Much of her business is from repeat customers, and their testimonials (visible under the My Testimonials tab on this webpage) show they appreciate her customer-first approach when working on such an important transaction in their lives. First-time buyers and sellers have also told her they're thankful for her patience in explaining the process from beginning to end. Cathy grew up in Andover and graduated from Merrimack College with a degree in Economics. She worked in the mutual fund industry before taking a job with a development company, where she helped oversee construction of a transit-oriented condominium project and a 55+ residential community. She also has experience in single-family home construction and knowledge about the permitting process. For nearly 15 years, Cathy has focused on residential sales. She's been among the area's leaders in both sales volume and transactions, and has experience in the V.A. loan process. Cathy lives in North Andover with her husband and yellow Lab, Willow. She volunteers on the board of Andover Community Trust (ACT). She's the proud mother of two sons, one who works in advertising and the other who serves in the Marine Corps. Cathy's also the happy grandmother to a new grandson.
