Jean Hastings Cameron is an award-winning, top-producing real estate agent at William Raveis in Chappaqua, NY. She assembled, managed and led The Source Team until the end of 2022. Clients praise Jean's proactive approach, her ability to listen, and the way she anticipates and promptly solves problems. She receives praise for her excellent relationships with other real estate professionals which makes her buying and selling process work so seamlessly. Prior to her real estate career, Jean honed her strategic approach to sales through work in the advertising and marketing industries. She developed media and marketing strategies for businesses, became an excellent negotiator, and earned an MBA in marketing. Jean's out-of-the box marketing strategies for selling homes has earned her a place in the top 1% of Westchester agents and designated her as a William Raveis Platinum Club level achiever in 2022 for being in the top 2.3% of all Raveis agents' company-wide. Jean knows Westchester inside and out. She co-produced and co-hosted the first-ever real estate tv show about Westchester homes which aired on the former News 12 channel. She's a history buff and believes that every house has a story and as an agent, it is her job is to create, market, and articulate it to prospective buyers. Jean has written local history books on Teatown Lake Reservation, New Castle (with a foreword by former President Bill Clinton) and Yorktown. In addition to being so well versed in local history, Jean is a relocation specialist. Having moved many times, herself (twice transatlantic), she knows the challenges faced by a relocating buyer and seller. When not selling real estate, Jean enjoys cooking, decorating, skiing and hiking with her husband and dog.
