Kate Schultz has proven track record in many different aspects of the real estate world. Having worked as location scout in the movie industry, Kate began in real estate as an investor. She later was drawn to Historic Newport, Middletown, Portmsouth and other spectacular locations in Rhode Island. In her first three years in the business as a real estate agent, she closed hundreds of transactions where she represented buyers, sellers, tenant and landlords. Her specific expertise is in multifamily buildings and income producing properties.Kate has been trained to take only the absolute best care of her customers and clients. Schultzie grew up in upstate New York and eventually attended Choate Rosemary Hall and Haverford College. After a few years as a reporter in Boston, Schultzie changed careers and moved to New York City to pursue a career in advertising and film. Schultzie was inexplicably drawn to the Newport area and Rhode Island for its incredible historic architecture and ocean access. She now is celebrating her 14th year working as a realtor in Rhode Island.
