Experience

Both Lynda and Patti started their real estate careers with Kinlin Grover Compass in Osterville. After winning many awards, they decided they wanted to further expand and made the move to William Raveis. This will allow them to grow relationships by assisting their clients with goal setting, customer service as well as guiding the client through negotiations. Their clients are their priority ad the work diligently to assist in transitioning them to their perfect home.

Personal

Lynda and Patti are a sister team, working together to help people realize their dreams by buying ad selling their homes on Cape Cod. They have both lived on Cape for over 40 years, raising their families here, and making their dreams come true. They want to help others have these same opportunities by raising their families here and enjoying all the cape has to offer! Lynda taught school to special needs students in Barnstable for many years. She started as a volunteer parent helper in the classroom until the school asked her to join their team. She got her Bachelor?s degree for Special Needs and taught school throughout Cape Cod and Fall River for many years. Once her son graduated and she was able to fully dedicate herself, Lynda felt she could make a real contribution to the real estate market with her vast knowledge of Cape Cod and her passion to turning ones dreams into reality. Patti worked at Cape Cod Hospital, as well as Cape Air and Cape Cod Railroad. She has a vast network of friends and resources. If she is not working, she is out and about enjoying the many facets that Cape Cod has to offer. She is a frequent guest at the many restaurants and shops of her fellow Cape Codders. It could not make her any happier than to share this wonderful way of life with others. Patti is always ready to assist anyone in need and is the perfect person to help anyone looking to call Cape Cod home.

This sister duo covers Cape Cod from one end to the other. Their portfolio includes sales from Falmouth to Wellfleet. With their expansion to William Raveis these sisters bring a unique combination of local expertise, family values and professional excellence.

Community Involvement

Both Lynda and Patti belong to St. Joseph foundation on Cape Cod and are on rotation for feeding the homeless. Their mother started feeding the homeless many years ago and they have continued the family tradition upon her passing some years ago. They are both strong advocates for animals as well as protecting sea life.

Lynda has her BA in Special Education. Lynda taught school for special needs students in Barnstable for many years, she started out as a parent helper in the classroom, till they asked ?when was she going to start working there because she was there so often?. She finished her bachelor's degree in special needs and taught school for over 20 years, throughout the Cape and Fall River.
