I am not exaggerating when I say that Amanda Mangene was a gift from God during the sale/ purchase of our
home. In what proved to be a very complicated and precarious transaction, she not only did above and beyond her own job to ensure this happened but also more than compensated for the lack of effectiveness of our buyers' agent. I dont know when she slept because
she communicated regular efforts first thing in the morning until late at night and we would not be in our "unicorn" of a dream house without her; from connecting us to the property that perfectly matched our style and needs -the day it went on the market-
to advising us through the offer to assure we won out over the competing bidders, to closing and moving and follow-up issues. We cannot thank her enough
