"It's hard to know where to begin with Chris. My new employer relocated me to Norwalk, CT so I reached out to Chris a few months before my big move. Chris graciously set up a phone call to understand my living situation and what I was looking for. He then set up a daily email that provided me listing of potential homes that fit my criteria. Chris would reach out every once in awhile to see how my plans were coming together with Covid going on. He was always very responsive and attentive. Local Knowledge
I believe Chris had said when we started out that he works mostly in Norwalk, and where we wanted to find a home wasn't in Norwalk. That was not an issue at all. He researched about the areas we were searching, and informed us of nearby attractions/utilities and what benefits we would get living in one area or the other (trash pickup, public parks, tax information, etc)

Responsiveness
He responds within minutes to any inquiries and creates a text and/or email thread at the beginning to keep all communication streamlined. We had questions such as the difference in house designs (raised ranch vs colonial etc) that I'm sure were simple for him but he educated us without talking down to us. Anything he didn't know, he researched and provided an update the next day.

Process Expertise and Negotiation Skills
Chris is very knowledgeable and helped us understand where we stood with each home we visited. He was honest and frank about the pros and cons of each home, taking into account nearby homes and neighborhood statistics. As I stated before, he is "on your team". He pushes and fights for the homes you really want and advises when to make strategic choices.

All in all, we felt comfortable and choosing a home was never stressful during the process. One of the most important things is to not feel burdened by making such a lasting decision, and Chris certainly facilitated a smooth process. Anyone would be happy to have Chris as their Real Estate Agent.
