Hi, My name is Clive Cronin. My family and I live in Putnam Valley, NY. I have a background in high-end residential and commercial construction. I am also a former home inspector. I believe that my background allows me to be a more effective real estate agent. I have a better understanding of all the pros and cons of a particular property and can notice issues that others may not be aware of. This unique experience allows me to provide my clients with the most comprehensive information in order for them to a make fully informed decision regarding whether the property in question suits the needs of you and your family if you are a buyer. If you are the seller my experience helps you to address any issues that may occur prior to listing your property, maximizing your selling potential. If I am afforded the honor of representing you and your family as either the buyers agent or sellers agent, you have my word that I will do everything within my power to represent your interests to the best of my ability and to make your experience an informative, stress free and enjoyable one. Community Involvement

-Current President of the Peekskill Divison of the Ancient Order of Hibernians (a not-for-profit that performs charitable work within our communities). -Current Vice President of the Westchester County Board of the Ancient Order of Hibernians -Involved with organizing the Hudson Valley Irish Festival at the Peekskill riverfront every fall. -Proud to be from a Military family and served in the Irish Army Reserves with an Artillery Regiment.
