After graduating from Massachusetts Maritime Academy David Oliveri began working for Kiewit Construction, one of the largest heavy highway company’s in the world, on the “Big Dig” in South Boston. Building upon his experience in the construction industry, David set his sights on the real estate field becoming a top producing mortgage broker for six consecutive years. In 2006 David purchased Prudential Lenmar Real Estate in Natick, Massachusetts which he owned and operated until 2012, when he merged with Prudential Prime Properties. This move allowed David to focus on sales and servicing clients more closely. In October of 2014 Prudential Prime Properties transitioned to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices real estate network under the new name N.E. Prime Properties. During his career in real estate sales David has received a host of honors, including being named to the Chairman’s Circle, an award recognizing the top 1% of all agents in the Prudential Real Estate and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices networks many years in a row. A Greater-Boston native, David has extensive knowledge of many cities and neighborhoods throughout the metropolitan area. He serves real estate clients across the region, specializing in home buying and selling, investment properties, luxury homes and multi-residential properties. David has also and developed and sold single and multi-family homes throughout the region.
