David is the Co-Owner of Slick Productions, a company specializing in 3D imagery for real estate marketing. He provides sellers with top notch listing packages that include professional photography, virtual tours, and floor plans. David's property management background is an asset in helping sellers and buyers navigate the complexities involved when purchasing a home. He strives to provide the best service to his clients, going above and beyond, to make the process easy and smooth. As both a renter and homeowner himself, David knows the expectations of those looking to rent or purchase in this unique market.
Personal
David and his wife Robin, also a sales agent at William Raveis Nantucket, first visited the island for an overnight stay a decade ago and from that moment dreamed of living 30 miles out-to-sea. After spending many vacations and renting homes all over the island, it was just a matter of time before their dream of becoming full-time residents would become a reality. In September 2016 Robin and David were married at the iconic White Elephant Hotel. Born and raised in the beautiful countryside of North Adams, MA, David is an experienced contractor and property manager with a background in finance. David has two adult children, Becky and David, and is a grandparent to Gavin and Emily. Prior to moving to Nantucket, David was the Facilities Director at the Norman Rockwell Museum where he oversaw all facilities operations, maintenance management and capital improvements. In the Berkshires, David and his wife were involved with several not-for-profit organizations, including the Berkshire Country Day School where Robin's children attended, religious organizations and a prominent local art school. With the outbreak of COVID-19 David and Robin realized there would be an increased demand for virtual online experiences, and with this in mind they formed Slick Productions offering the highest quality Matterport 3D virtual tours, professional real estate photography, and floor plans. In his free time David can be found fishing in many beautiful areas of the island, both from shore and from his kayak. He also enjoys walking his Mini Aussie Puppy "Lenny" along the many trails of the Conservation Foundation and Land Bank properties. David is delighted to be part of the William Raveis family!
