I was very happy that I chose Debbie Kuhfahl to list my condo in Harwich Port. She told me that she felt she could sell anything and I liked her confidence from the get-go. We had some challenges with offers that came in. She was able to guide me into feeling comfortable at every turn and decision I had to make. When the final and best one came in, she was able to turn a sow's ear into a silk purse by marketing the shed as a potential "other" room due to the size of it and it already residing on a concrete foundation. She embraced the challenges that came along with this including first obtaining trustee written approval to turn this old shed into a beautiful sunroom with deck and small hot tub which now made this unit desirable to our buyer. Somewhat detailed design plans had to be submitted to the trustees also quickly for a fast turnaround. She worked well with the buyer's agent all along this journey.
Her patience, poise and positivity never faltered which made me feel more secure in what was also a difficult transaction emotionally for me. This was my mother's home and she had recently passed away.
