"We worked with Dee to buy our new house in Riverside as well as selling our house in Riverside. We have 2 young children and when we originally moved the experience was rough in terms of timing everything with the a new born (only 1 child at this time), so this time around, my wife and I didn?t want to have the same stress of juggling moving dates and figuring out where we would live, whether a hotel, short term apt, etc due to issues with timing. Dee was extremely diligent in getting us where she thought fair value for our house was knowing that we didn?t want to carry two houses for very long. having this knowledge of the market was a blessing for us. It gave us the comfort to move forward with the purchase of our house while preparing our other house for sale. Not sure Dee or anyone else besides my wife and I thought the actual risk may have been worth it- but for us there was no other way as we weren?t going to deal with moving in and out of short term apartments with the kids. Dee, listened to exactly what our situation was, and what we wanted to do and presented us with endless amounts of data to give us more of an understanding of how the market was playing out and what we should expect in terms of timing and price. Dee worked very hard to find us a house that met virtually all our demands, which wasn?t easy. I am not a very patient person, and I know at times I wasn?t always the most tolerant of the entire home buying process, but Dee handled everything thrown at her from me as well as the seller. In the end, we were able to be done in a very short period of time and a lot of that had to do with Dee?s expertise and guidance. Now back to our sale! With our purchase done, the trick was now to get our house sold as quickly as possible with giving us a short window of overlap. Dee had already prepped my wife and I extensively for where the market was and what we should expect. Within a very short period of lead time- Dee had our house photographed, online and marketed. She had to deal with doing this in the tail end of winter, so getting a good day for the shoot wasn?t easy but the first sign of sun, she had the pictures ready to go. She knew exactly where the market was, and the price points for us to list at to get good flow to the open houses. The first open house blew our expectations away- Dee willingly stayed for over an hour longer than planned as people kept coming in to see the house. From there, she never let up. We had a buyer of our house in under 2 weeks. I would have to say, even though it was sold within weeks, the amount of time and attention Dee had to spend with the actual buyers as well as many other interested parties was incredible. Working around our schedule as well as the buyers wasn?t easy, but she made sure all involved were treated professionally as well as getting the results that were needed. Her ability to know the market and price our house accordingly was instrumental for us. We could have not asked for a better experience for our family knowing how important it was to find a house that met all our demands all the while knowing we had a sale that needed to be made quickly at a price that met our goals. In the end, if we ever look to make any other real estate transactions, it is very safe to say Dee will be our first call. It was a total pleasure working alongside her."
