Diamond was our broker during a recent sale of our property in Belmont, MA. Having worked with brokers in the past, I was somewhat familiar with the role of an agent. I can honestly say that Diamond's work on this sale made the others pale in comparison. Diamond went far above and beyond the typical duties of a real estate agent and we are very grateful.
This sale presented numerous challenges, and Diamond embraced each one with positivity, strong knowledge and decisiveness. When the time came to put our house on the market, we knew it would be eventful, as it was over 110 years old. Although it had many updates, it desperately called out for a new owner's fresh vision and personal touch. We were unsure what to expect.
In preparing the house for market, the budget was tight. We were overwhelmed at the prospect of determining the best, and most effective course of action that would make our home desirable to buyers. Diamond knew exactly how to prioritize projects, expertly choosing updates that would appeal to an array of different types of potential buyers. She was able to recommend reliable contractors, cleaners and other contacts who were available in what seemed like a moment's notice. Through the entire process, our interactions were always pleasant and uplifting.
The sale involved multiple owners who didn't always see eye to eye. Diamond always maintained a level head and was a gentle voice of reason under stressful circumstances. Diamond had a way of making you feel as though you were her only, and most important client, even though we knew she was juggling numerous stressful listings. She was always available and often worked late into the night, making sure every detail was perfect.
To our surprise, the property sold for well over our asking price. Diamond's expertise and analysis of the real estate market was right on target. We are absolutely thrilled at how it all turned out. After the closing, I couldn't help but feel a bit saddened, that I would no longer be hearing from Diamond on a regular basis. If we ever find need a broker?s assistance in the future, she will be the first one I call."
