Prior to establishing my own business, I served as the master electrician at E.F. Winslow Plumbing and Heating for 11 years. Having lived on Cape Cod since 1988, I have proudly served thousands of full-time and part-time residents. Before transitioning to electrical work, I spent several years as a mechanic at Hansentown Auto, Kingston Toyota, and Sears Automotive, gaining valuable experience across different trades. As an electrical contractor, I have amassed extensive knowledge of residential structures and safety protocols, complemented by a thorough understanding of various trades from over 40 years of hands-on experience. My commitment to unwavering respect and courtesy towards clients has cultivated a substantial customer base, comprised largely of loyal repeat customers who have entrusted me with their needs over the years. Since relocating to Cape Cod in 1988, I have enjoyed daily walks with my two dogs, Bear and Slate, to the West Yarmouth Cranberry bogs after work. My partner, Becky, has been my steadfast companion for nearly three decades, offering invaluable advice and treating me to delicious home-cooked meals. My pride and joy are my two children, Nick and Caroline, who have established themselves in the Boston area. Additionally, Becky's children, Nicole and Kyle, reside with us here on Cape Cod, enriching our lives every day. While sports are not a personal interest of mine, I am passionately dedicated to continuous learning in real estate investment (REI). I immerse myself in REI materials through audiobooks, YouTube tutorials, and engaging Zoom calls, actively participating in various investor communities and occasionally collaborating on deals within these networks.
