Elyse Merolla has been an active member of Greenwich, CT for over 15 years now, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. Elyse has a background in nursing, where she thrived as a critical care unit registered nurse for about 9 years. She then went on to pursue another love of hers, real estate. Elyse and her family have been obtaining and renting multifamily units in which she manages in Greenwich, CT for the past 12 years. She has gained both the knowledge and skill, along with the experience of buying, selling, and renting through this partnership. Elyse has gained incredible communication and effective planning skills through managing over 20 tenants and organizing renovation projects with her team of contractors. Elyse's family has been serving the community in other ways for over 15 years through her husbands local barber shop, Classic Barber of Greenwich located on Greenwich Avenue Greenwich, CT. With a passion for service in the lower Fairfield County area, Elyse is ready to help with your homebuying and selling needs. Experience
Elyse and her family have been active over the past 12 years in obtaining investment properties here in Greenwich. She is the managing partner and property manager for over 20 rental units. Her strengths include frequent & professional communication with both tenants and contractors, project preparation with design of renovations, plus documentation and preparation of rental leases. Elyse worked as a Registered Nurse in NY for about 9 years, with her specialty focused in critical and intensive care. She continues to be licensed in CT, but is not active in this profession.
