It seems like every other person you meet has their real estate license, however, every now and then you come across a true professional - and that is Eric Hanlon. There was more than one house I looked at that he told me to "walk away" from because it wasn't right for one reason or another. He  wasn't out to sell me any house, but to help me find the right home for my family. When the right one did come on the market, he negotiated against multiple offers to get us the house. Eric is both personable and knowledgeable. When you go to look at houses with Eric it's like bringing a home inspector with you for free! He's not looking at layouts & paint colors- he's in the basement with a flashlight looking at the heating systems, wiring, checking for water damage, mold, and outside checking the roof, looking for termite damage asking about septic systems...the list goes on and on. Don't waste time making offers on houses that will fail inspection. I Strongly recommend working with Eric to save you time, aggravation and what could be thousands of dollars.
