"This sale was ultimately very complicated, due to MLS agents not informing their clients about specifics of purchasing a house (some first time buyers). Our agent was very astute about the market and told us what to list the property at to get us multiple offers above listing (which was very successful). Our preferred offer had to back out due to their personal hardship and poor advice from their agent. Our agent immediately went back to others who had put in offers to secure another buyer. A few had purchased other properties, but some others were still interested and came in with higher offers to secure the property. Our agents worked with the other Agent on this offer to move up the closing and adjust the selling price accordingly! Our agent was the best and rose above the basic duties of a real estate agent and went the extra mile or two for us!
