"This is my second experience with Galina. First was buying, and this one was selling. The market conditions have been extremely difficult. Mortgages reforms hit first-time buyers really had. Also, many families, like ours, took advantage of lower houses prices and put their condos on sale. There are two things I'd like to highlight about working with Galina. First, she is incredibly professional. She was very knowledgeable of everything related to RE market, and was able to answer tricky question of mine. She customized the marketing of our condo to attract serious buyers only. Result wise, she performed a miracle. Despite of the forth and higher quality apartment coming out to market in the same building, Galina brought me 2 competitive offers right before Christmas. Holidays or not, it did not stop her. The second and even more important thing I would like to mention is the highest imaginable level of customer satisfaction. She was truly at my services, always available and always on guard. She never mentioned any other business which was not related to our sale, while she quickly became aware of all my needs and troubles. And talking business, she never forgot to ask me about everything that bothered me at the moment and find a way to make me feeling better. When it came to gathering reports and making inspections, Galina had taken most of the footwork on herself, so I only had to do something when my presence was absolutely necessary. At the same time, I was always given the opportunity to participate as much as I wanted. And the most important, she was always positive about things and passed her winning attitude all around her. I am currently recommending Galina to all my friends and I truly believe she is the best."
