VP, Mortgage Banker
About Gerry O'Brian
Personal
With nearly three decades in the finance world, I started my journey in 1996 and have loved every minute of helping people make one of life’s biggest decisions. I’m licensed in Connecticut, where I’ve lived in Fairfield for the last 11 years, and specialize in a range of mortgage products, including Conventional, Government, CHFA, and Jumbo loans. I aim to make the home financing process as smooth and transparent as possible, whether you’re buying your first home or looking to refinance.
I graduated from Marist College with a B.S. in Accounting, which gave me a strong foundation in finance and numbers—skills I use every day to get my clients the best mortgage solutions. I’m also a proud member of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), keeping me up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
I love being involved locally, from coaching soccer to being active with the Scouts. I also volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, supporting causes that bring people together for the greater good. When I’m not working or volunteering, you can find me skiing, biking, or hiking—pretty much anything that lets me be outdoors with my wife Susan, our five children, and our golden doodle, Quinn.
Mortgage financing doesn’t have to be intimidating. I’m here to guide you every step of the way with honesty, integrity, and a true passion for helping others.
