A lifelong resident of the South Shore, Gina has been a Realtor since 2000 and has had the distinction of being named on several occasions Top Seller for number of homes sold as well as receiving awards for the number of referrals received from clients. As a buyer’s agent, Gina says "I enjoy listening and helping clients verbalize their top priorities. I have extensive knowledge of the area and keep current on the properties available, so I’m able to find the home that's right, and then assist with every aspect of the sales process. I especially enjoy being a guide for new buyers who may not be familiar with the real estate market. I'm happy to serve as their resource." When working with sellers, Gina puts a good bit of emphasis on preparing the property well before it “hits the market”. "When leaving a home that’s been lived for decades, it’s hard to magically see the home through the eyes of a prospective buyer.
