"My husband and I used Marcie and Roberta from ReMax. They were both exceptional, they work together as a team from start to finish. Let me begin, we did not know any real estate agents so we did some research and they came up, from the moment I put a call into them they responded within a minimal amount of time, we set up an appointment but with a timing that allowed them do to research. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone, they are a step above any one that is out there prior to arriving and discussing our home. They both came prepared, Marci did the a presentation, showing statistics evaluation and opinion on what we should list at and why. Roberta walked through the process of what would happen and when. They did everything advertising, meeting every private showing and were at the house for the open house with a financial representative incase someone came in that hadn't applied for a mortgage at that point the finance person would guide them. In addition, they brought a real estate representative in case someone came in and did not have representation. Marcie, has many years working as a bank appraiser so her skill is very hard to find in the average real estate person. She has a wonderful skill to understand the home and the banking arena, A plus for the Seller and can be for a Buyer. Roberta stays on top of the appointments and will check in with you with times, dates and keeps you informed every step of the way. Roberta and Marcie were here for all the private showings and all the open houses as well and would never let a person just stroll around without a representative with them, this helps with theft and vandals. The two of them bring a very intensive knowledge and understanding what works and how it works, that is invaluable to a buyer or a seller. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone, they are a step above any one that is out there. If you do not believe me, try them and you will find out for yourself.

The first step was to arrive at a good price for your sale and I feel they were right on target with a selling price. Then they helped us get the property ready with Referrals for someone to stage the condo, a landscaper to get the yard in good shape, a mover and they had an excellent photographer/ video person who took great pictures and video of the property as well as drone views of the area. When it came to the closing, they were also on top of everything such as communication with my attorney, getting the fire alarms inspected, and also the condo inspected.
