Born and raised in Wheaton, Illinois, Gregory Sofranko has spent most of his adult life in sales management and new business development in the cellular and office supply industries. Achieving accolades in customer relationships and top production, Gregory's success has been in large part due to putting customer needs before his own. This experience seamlessly translated to real estate in 2013, when Gregory joined Berkshire Hathaway real estate firm in Naple, FL and was recognized as the rookie of the year. He was also a member of the No. 1 sales team for six years in a row and won the legend award in 2015 & 2016. Fast forward five years and 55 million dollars in real estate sales later, Gregory joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty, a company reserved for the most prestigious associate where he achieved the Top Producing Associate at his office in 2021 and has now achieved over 150 million dollars in total sales. He took his talents to William Raveis in 2022, and plans to grow the #1 Sales team in Naples. His ability to think fast on his feet in high pressure situations coupled with persistence and sales experiences makes him a triple threat in the real estate industry. Gregory's connections with local contractors, furniture staging companies, high-end photography companies with the latest technology, e-marketing and a well-rounded knowledge of the Naples area, provides each customer with a tailored approach to buying and selling properties. As a top associate, Gregory prides himself in the ability to provide excellence, professionalism and a touch of class to every transaction, treating your home like his own. He is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS? and Young Professionals of Naples. Gregory is not a man afraid of the big stage and the pressures it brings. Attending Second City in Chicago in 2010, Gregory completed the improv training course. He would then use those skills as an actor in plays at the Alliance for the Arts in Fort Myers along with the Naples Players in Naples, Florida. To keep himself in the limelight, Gregory co-founded the improv group, Square One Improv, where he performed monthly in the Fort Myers/Naples area. In his spare time, Gregory also enjoys fitness, golf, and is taking private pilot classes for recreational flying.
