I really don't know where to begin to describe how amazing working with Heather is and I can't find the words to describe how grateful I am.
Before talking about how phenomenal she is as a realtor, she is a wonderful person, very kind, polite, passionate, honest, respectful, joyful and full of energy and very dedicated to her job.
I will try to summarize my wonderful experience here and I hope that I will be able to shine the light on how lucky I was to have Heather at my corner:
1. Availability: She was always available and very responsive even on weekends or late evenings.
2. Communication: She always knew how to calm me down when I was stressed in the current crazy market (as a first home buyer).
3. Very experienced: we toured houses in multiple counties and she was always able to give me the best advise no matter where the location was.
4. Smart/knowledgeable: She knew exactly what I want, and she was always my compass toward the houses we were touring.
5. Attention to detail: she would pay attention to every single thing, including the smell of the house and if she suspects anything wrong she will say "I guess we saw enough I don't think this place will be good for you let's move on".
6. Patience: we looked at more than a 100 house online and toured more than 20 houses, and she was always patient, never frustrated and kept going with full energy until we landed on the perfect house for me.
7. Honesty: this is the best value about Heather, she will always have your best interest at heart, there were many times where I wanted to rush and submit an offer on a house, but she would say "you know what I don't think you should do this, I think you are making a mistake and you should wait and you will get a better house", she kept doing this with me for about 4 months! She could have just let me buy the first house I liked and be done with it, but that's not Heather! She was always honest and had my best interest at heart.
8. Negotiation: she is an excellent negotiator and knows how to strike a bargain and was able to get me the best deal that fits my financials and current situation.
9. Well connected: she got me an amazing lender who got me a very competitive rate and a very experienced lawyer. Which made the whole experience as I was driving on autopilot as she facilitated everything for me. She continued to help me with any questions even after my I moved into my new home.

Finally, now I have a new phenomenal friend in my life who is a wonderful wife and mother.
