Holly Pereira

In August 2022 I began my home search in the coastal suburbs of Boston's South Shore. I have been a realtor at a Sotheby's office along the Gulf coast of Florida for 15 years selling multi-million dollar properties to savvy and demanding customers and have dealt with agents with very high levels of experience and sophistication. When I searched for a realtor to represent me in this transaction I had very high standards. I researched several agents in towns from Cohasset to Rhode Island but when I spoke to Holly and then met her shortly afterwards, it was clear that I had found the right agent! The first criteria that had to be met was that an agent be full-time. There are far too many realtors that enter this arena as a hobby or perceive it as a job that allows them flexibility to fit in among many other demands in their lives. The truth is that it is a "profession" and as such it requires an enormous commitmment of time and talent. Holly has all of the traits necessary to make her successful in addition to bringing a sense of joy and fun to the work. She listened to what I told her I needed and wanted and kept me on track when I began to be frustrated with the obstacles confronting buyers in a very competitive environment. Her knowledge of the market, the process and her willingness to do anything required to assure that I made the best choice possible were all invaluable to me.
