"Jeremy was a great help. I gave him many locations to look for a home and different types. If I saw something I wanted to see I would text him and the appointment was made within 24 hours. We found my home in less than a month. About to leave on vacation and we were able to see a potential home. It definitely needed work but met my criteria. Age in place, a nice neighborhood, and being close to the highway are what I was looking for. With a bit of negotiation back and forth in my price range.
He gave me a list of mortgage brokers and great home inspectors.
Of course, on inspection day I brought a close friend (and home builder) with me to price out all the things that needed to be taken care of right away, it was a long inspection and Jeremy was right there. The inspector was so meticulous he checked every window down to the spiral stairs and more
Well, I had my ammunition and gave Jeremy a new bid with a list and price of everything that needed to be fixed. I thought he was going to have a heart attack at my bid. Well, that bid went back and forth and I ended up getting the house for much less than the list price. He stuck by me and together I reached my goal.
Thank you Jeremy for putting up with me, and all I brought to the table and for getting me into my house when I needed to be in it. I would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a home and wanting someone who is like the guy next door. Your neighbor, your friend. Someone you can trust.
