Joanne Georgiou

Joanne has become our "Guiding Light" in
Chappaqua. She helped to secure a rental
that, in the end, became our permanent
home. During the past year, she's shown us
several homes, toured us around various
neighborhoods and the other Chappaqua
Middle School. Having moved from overseas,
she's helped us familiarize ourselves with a
town we didn't really know and made helpful
suggestions on which clubs to join (which has
really helped us to get acclimated here). After
we decided to pursue our rental to buy, she
guided us through the needed inspections,
counseled us on the stressful negotiations and
advised us on home improvements. She goes
above and beyond her role as a Broker. She
has been an absolute pleasure to work with
and I feel fortunate to have had her on our
side.
