From the first time I emailed Joe, he was ON IT! Very responsive to all of my inquiries from the get-go, and believe me.......I had plenty! We live out of state but were able to peruse the internet for homes in our desired area(s) of interest. Joe was exceedingly knowledgeable about the area(s). He was open to every home that I chose. When it came time for us to travel to Florida, Joe was right there to pick us up from our hotel and transport us to all of the home showings. He pre-scheduled all the visits and we were able to view approximately 30 homes in 3 or 4 days! His itinerary was time saving and well planned. He is exceptionally educated about the area, and offered many recommendations as far as services, i.e. inspections, cleaning services, pool services, etc.
We were blessed to have found a beautiful home and recently closed. Joe helped us make connections to the title company, the insurance company, etc...which made the transition incredibly painless! We were able to complete transactions via electronic signatures, email and by telephone. We were able to complete a "walk through" of the property prior to closing. Once again, Joe transported us to the walk through, AND to closing! He is professional and dedicated. He goes the extra mile.
I cannot say enough good about Joe.
On a more personal note,........he has not just closed the home and left us. He has stayed in touch, which means a lot. Actually, I would highly recommend Joe, should I or anyone else I know have the need for a realtor.

I don't really write reviews online. I've just figured everyone else did so I didn't need to add my two cents. In this case Joe did so much for me and my family from looking at countless homes on multiple occasions. We even drug him back 2 and 3 times to the same home or development. He understood and set it up willingly.

And once we did finally settle on a home we were not on our own. He helped guide in the maze that is financing. Trust me you need someone and Joe picks up the phone and gets things done when it needs doing.
