Experience

Greenwich CT 1986 left the corporate world of NYC advertising to pursue second career in Real Estate. Joined System One Realtors networking serving Fairfield County.Hired by David Ogilvy as his first associate. Helped develop his firm into a Christies branch known for Luxury Real estate marketing. Volunteered on Ethics committee for Greenwich MLS In 1996 founded Chace & Friends LLC as Custom Brokers similar to concierge brokers today. Clients in Westchester and Long Island as well as CT.Sepcializing is unusual properties needing targeted marketing. Early 2001 opened a satellite office for Brown Harris Stevens which was ahead of its time. As a broker associate worked in several multinational firms and now settled with Raveis SE Florida : the Number One Top Brokerage in Luxury Real Estate. Listed and sold everything from farms to mountain cabins as well as Greenwich manors and Long Island waterfront properties.. apartments.. condos.. Since relocating to Florida in 2019 I've found a need for assisting people with difficult transitions particularly for downsizing. The life of a 1990s realtor in boom years in Greenwich prepared me to slow down and enjoy the new phase the market is experiencing.

Achievements

Sold my first $1MM in 1986 in Greenwich CT to a buyer who thought they could only afford $500k Perseverance and endurance became my motto. Personal achievement: listed and sold first $21MM waterfront estate in Greenwich CT in 1996. In 1971 it was the first Million dollar sale in Greenwich Facilitated sale of first DECO home in Palm Beach designed by Maurice Fatio which we sold in 2003.

Community Involvement

Formerly on Board of Homeward Bound Adirondacks a veterans organization. Formerly Board Lake Placid Center for Arts. St Marks Episcopal Church and School. Completed the 4 year study for EFM.( Education for Ministry) through the University of the South in Swanee) Serving as Daughter of The King. Support several local ministries particularly: Hearts of Palm a St Marks and St Georges project. Active on the Board of Directors of my "hidden gem" condominium. Volunteer for Friends of Manatees a Not-for-profit foundation of FPL.
