We sized up the weak seller's market we were in just before Christmas and instantly despaired that we would ever be able to find any house suitable for us. Linda, however, was not at all deterred. She promised us she would be able to find us our dream house and got us right out looking. Over time, she helped us to zero in on the specific attributes and locations we were interested in, and she watched the listings as they arrived while also sounding out other agents as to upcoming property listings. When necessary she ran out with us on very short notice to view promising houses.
