Mary Beth saved my mental health. Not only did she sell my house and help me buy my "downsized" home, she counseled me when I just didn't think I could continue. My home was a difficult sale and it took months, and there were times that if I had not be able to speak with Mary Beth I think I might have lost it. She kept me grounded and on task. I don't know how she was able to keep the deal together to juggle the buyer of my home, whose house she also sold, the sale of my house and the purchase of my new home. 3 closings in one day, it would have been a domino theory with catastrophic consequences if all 3 didn't come together the same day.
