We interviewed a few realtors before deciding to go with Mary Beth Davidson. From the very first meeting, where she provided us a list of recommendations on upgrades for our home (going so far as to suggest paint and carpet colors that were absolutely perfect! - we have the same colors now in our new home, we liked them so much) to her guidance on the dynamics of the market, our potential competition, timing and pricing, Mary Beth's advice was invaluable. True to her word and her recommendations, our house was under agreement after the first weekend on the market. A weekend, in fact, that involved a winter blizzard for our broker open house (hurricane force winds, downed trees and power lines everywhere) and yet, 30 brokers showed up to the OH. We lost power all day the following Saturday, yet Mary Beth showed the house to prospects using a flashlight. Power came back on that Sunday, when we had our public Open House, and 20 more people came through the house!
