Ultimately our home sold for over our asking price - almost to the dollar to which they had predicted - and they helped us find a beautiful new home our family can grow into and enjoy for years. As thrilled as we were to find our home it was difficult having to sit our son down and explain it meant we couldn't explore houses with Mary anymore, which is a testament to their commitment and good nature. Perhaps another agency could have helped deliver similar results, but after our experience with Mary & Paul, we wouldn't want to go through that process with anyone else. We would - and will - recommend them to anyone interested in buying or selling (or both) a home.
