Bert and Melissa Terranova have been investing and managing personal and private real estate portfolios together for approximately 20 years. As husband-and-wife, Team Terranova has overseen a mix of residential and commercial multi-unit properties while also running Airbnb's, VRBOs and venturing into short-term rentals. Bert is originally from New York and graduated from Northeastern University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. He has 20+ years in residential and commercial development, including property management/maintenance. Bert thrives on the excitement, challenges and vision of both buying and selling properties. Melissa is originally from Southbury, Connecticut and grew up in Florida. She has an undergraduate degree in Graphic Design and a Master's in Early Childhood Special Education. In addition to working with Bert managing properties, she ran a child-care center for fourteen years. Melissa has always enjoyed meeting clients and working with them to ensure they feel comfortable in their decision to buy, sell or rent a property. Bert and Melissa are an amazing couple!
