Michael is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in New York State. Before joining Wm. Raveis Real Estate Michael was affiliated with Houlihan Lawrence Real Estate in Pound Ridge/Bedford NY for 14 years, and prior to that he was President of Gould Fabrics, Inc., (a family-owned Textile Manufacturing Corporation in New York City). With 33 years of business experience, Michael is fully committed to aiding and guiding all of his clients and customers’ with their real estate needs. Michael was a member of the U.S. Army’s 77th Infantry “Liberty” Division, 302nd Engineer Battalion from 1963 through 1969, and was honorably discharged with the rank of Master Sergeant. He’s been a resident of Westchester County for 30 years; having raised two children in the home he and his wife built (along with a barn for their horses) in Bedford, NY. Michael owned the great Grand Prix show Jumper “Fat City” (AHSA Champion in 1982 and US Olympic Equestrian Team Member also in 1982). He’s a member of the NYS Association of Realtors, The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, The American Arbitration Association, The American Horse Shows Association, the Bedford Historical Society and the Bedford Riding Lanes Association. Michael focuses on the communities of Bedford, Pound Ridge, Katonah, Golden’s Bridge, Cross River, Waccabuc, South Salem and North Salem. Michael represented “Stone Hill Woods” an exclusive sub-division of new homes ranging from 5,000 to 7,000 square feet pricing from $1,800,000 to $3,750,000. Recently Michael was ordained a Minister by the American Marriage Ministries and recognized by the City and State of New York to perform marriages. Michael specializes in Non-Sectarian/Secular unions and is known for his thoughtful, sensitive and emotional blessings and poems gleaned from cultures throughout the world. He has also been a weekly Kitchen volunteer at “God’s Love We Deliver” in New York City since 2005.
