I just wanted to leave you a note to let you know about the excellent service that I received from your sales agent Michelle Pirruccio. She was very dilligent and patient with the whole process of me looking for a home. Many weeks ago we found a house that I was very interested in, but saw that it was on deposit. For whatever reason the house became available, and because of Michelle's searching the listings on a Friday night she brought it to my attention that it had comoe back on the market! The next morning we went to look at it and made an offer the very next day. If it wasn't for Michelle's quick actions, I might have lost it again. Along with help with financing from Mary Beth Bain, I closed on that house less than two weeks later. They both did a great job!! Thanks to everyone...I bought a house!
