I was born and raised in Connecticut and have a long family history in the State. My husband and I handpicked Wilton and Groton Long Point on the Connecticut shoreline as the places we wanted to raise our children. Why? Amazing schools, a scenic coastline for all kinds of boating, easy access to fine New England Skiing, amazing cultural activities, proximity to topnotch medical facilities, easy car/rail access to New York City and Boston, and the quintessential charm of coastal New England. In all, we have lived in Wilton and Groton Long Point for well over 30 years and I am still amazed by the beauty of this area and the richness of the lifestyle.

Personal

Nancy is a lifetime resident of Connecticut. She grew up in West Hartford and Groton Long Point Connecticut and she and her husband Bill raised their three sons in Wilton where she has been a resident for over 32 years. Her strength as a leader in the community combined with her creativity from her background in interior design and her designation as an accredited Home Staging Professional(ASP) all add to her great success as a top Realtor in Connecticut. She was a collegiate three sport athlete and was the former women's varsity lacrosse coach in Wilton. In addition to being an experienced award winning realtor, Nancy enjoys golf, fishing, tennis, pickle ball, photography and spending time with family and friends. On a global scale, Nancy helps oversee The William and Nancy Budd Scholarship Fund. The fund provides scholarships for secondary school and university students in Kenya. Young people's lives in Kenya are difficult to say the least. To see these young men and women who receive the scholarship being empowered and being able to take care of their lives because of their education is unbelievable. It feels like you've truly changed someones life for the better. The Budd Scholarship brings hope, empowers communities, and helps transform the lives of promising young scholars.
