In my years in sales across a few different industries, and as a Realtor, one thing has become crystal clear. A client's expectations are the same no matter what business you are in. Having lived in Wellesley for over 25 years and surrounding towns for 10+ years I have developed a great understanding of what makes the MetroWest area of Boston so desireable. I consider my "backyard" to be Wellesley, Needham, Newton, Natick, Brookline, Westwood, Sudbury, Wayland and Weston. I work hard to understand the Real Estate market in these towns. I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves to get the information so my clients can make an informed decision. One of the basic tenants of making good decisions is having enough information to allow you to make that decision with confidence.
