Rob Carter has been very helpful in our decision to rent our condo since the housing market is so poor in our area and we could not find a buyer. Rob walked us through the process and made it as simple as possible.
We were not sure we wanted to be "landlords" as we always owned our own homes but Rob assured us it would all work out for the best, which it did.
Rob negotiated a rental price that we could live with and cover all our costs related to our home.
In the future if we have friends or family moving we would highly recommend Rob Carter's services as he kept his appointments, collected the deposits and made the financial end of the move out of state much easier.
