"Our realtor, Steve Silva, first helped us negotiate a good deal on a Cape Cod vacation cottage in 2015. We sold it in 2022, at nearly double its purchase value! We live in another state, so the logistics of selling could have been difficult, but they weren't. Steve advised us of every step we would encounter in advance, and he was there running the show for us. He went to our cottage and cleared out our personal belongings (and mailed them to us!), contacted our services (Xfinity, water, electric, etc...) and was present for showings and inspections in our stead. We didn't have to ask him - he knew exactly what to do and when and how to do it. All we had to do was to sign paperwork that he sent us. He met with us quickly for both the buying and selling of our place. He knows the cape extremely well, and has assisted us over the years (like when the washing machine broke, he helped us replace it - we weren't there), when we needed a car battery jump (on a Sunday when everything was closed and we were scheduled to fly back home), and a handful of similar things. He popped in seasonally over the years when we weren't there just to check our place and make sure it was in good shape. Working with Steve has been like having a brother take care of us. Never once did he forget, overlook, or lose anything regarding our transactions. He has NEVER been late for any aspect of our business.
