Bio

Tom was raised in Enfield, CT with 4 siblings. Dr. Bernie and Tom started a veterinary practice in Haddam, CT from scratch, buying the property, hiring contractors to remodel the home to become an animal hospital. They started with $770,000 in debt from the real estate, equipment and supplies and no customers. 10 years later, Dr. Bernie had over 4,000 clients and 9,000 patients that Tom, the practice manager, had marketed and convinced to transfer to Dr. Bernie one by one on a referral basis only. The practice blossomed and sold for 3 times what they had invested in it. Tom and Dr. Bernie needed another challenge, switch places and help friends find their vacation or retirement homes. So Tom became a Realtor and Dr. Bernie became his Operations VP. Tom got into the real estate industry 2 years ago when he tried unsuccessfully to buy a second home/retirement lake house in NH. He set out to buy a turnkey property without a garage that had an awesome view of Lake Winnisquam but only town beach access that went to an all cash buyer. The next home he made an offer on was a farm estate that went to a family that spent $50,000 over the asking price. Finally he and his family were in the position to move into their second, vacation, retirement home on the lake. As Tom's career advanced, he found his stride working with Baby Boomers and Millennials searching for a luxury home or second vacation home to use or rent out seasonally. Tom's an expert in Luxury Homes, Resort and Second Homes, Commercial Investments, Waterfront, and helping the trades and military members move into their dream homes. Tom Ceniglio lives in Belmont, NH with his wife and 2 children. He visits his family in Northeast CT and likes to go to Foxwoods and Fenway Park whenever possible. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, kayaking, canoeing, golfing, hiking, camp fires, reading, and woodworking.
