A graduate of The University of South Carolina, Ben began his real estate career in 1998, working alongside his father, Jim Ferguson. After Jim's sudden passing in 2013, Ben continued his father's legacy with unwavering dedication, consistently closing over $25,000,000 in sales and averaging 70-plus transactions each year. Ben approaches each client's needs with the same care and consideration he would for his own, reflecting his strong work ethic and passion for real estate.
