"We first met Bonnie in the summer of 2009 while we were looking for a lot in Hampton Hall. Her knowledge of the area and what was occurring with the local real estate during that downturn was extremely helpful. We acquired our first lot in Hampton Hall and I a few years later we again turned to Bonnie to help us with sourcing a good reputable builder for our new home. She had us meet with a few and we were happy with our selection. Since we were building remotely Bonnie would give us weekly updates. We loved the home.

In 2020 we decided to look for another lot to purchase and build a larger home. She did a great job finding the lot we purchased.

In 2021 we started the process of contracting with a builder of our new home. This meant we would need to sell our current home and turned to Bonnie to determine what we needed to get our home ready to sell. Bonnie provided ideas and contact names of those who could provide the expertise for the prep of the house. We listed the house with Bonnie and had multiple offers the day it went on the market. Not a surprise for the time it went on the market. But her ideas made the house extremely desirable.

During the time period between the acceptance and closing on the house Bonnie went way beyond what I would consider her duties to be. We weren't at the house when certain repairs had to be made and she made sure that she could get the workers in to get the jobs done. No words can express the gratitude we have for what she did and made sure got completed.

It is the little (sometimes big) things that a Realtor does that makes them stand out from the rest. Bonnie and her team are the types of Realtors that you definitely want to use!
