• Brian Lane, a licensed real estate advisor in Kentucky and South Carolina, brings decades of local knowledge to the market. Brian co-founded The Lane Group, partnering with Central Kentucky's top real estate firm, The Brokerage. Prior to real estate, Brian has enjoyed a successful thirty-year career as an NCAA basketball and golf coach, including stints at UNC Charlotte, South Carolina, North Carolina State, Florida Atlantic and Morehead State. His family's long-standing ties to Hilton Head Island underscore his deep roots in the region. Active in the community, Brian serves on the boards of First Tee of Greater Lexington and the Bluegrass Sports Commission. Recognized for his contributions, Lexington proclaimed February 14th, 2023 "Brian Lane Day." Brian and his wife, Andrea, are proud parents to Lydia, Harrison, and Henry.
