As first time home buyers, we went into searching for our house with more than a little hesitancy because of all we'd heard about the process. "Buying a house is a nightmare." "Expect everything to go wrong." With these sorts of statements being thrown at us, it's a wonder we even made the call to Christine at all. But we are so glad we did! The entire process from start to finish went as seemlessly as we could have hoped. Christine was extremely responsive, always willing to go the extra mile, detail oriented, and the positive voice we needed throughout the process. She always made it work when we asked to see a house, even when asked at the last possible minute and in torrential downpour. She coordinated well with attorneys, the sellers, the lenders, and the sellers agent and made our job so much easier with her tenacity and insights. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and someone we'd highly recommend. In fact, Christine is already hard at work finding our best friends a house in our neighborhood as well. One story that summarizes Christine in a nutshell, on the day we drove up for our final walk through of our new home, we saw Christine shoveling the snow off our driveway while freezing rain poured down on her head. We asked what she was doing and she said, "Well it needed to be done and I didn't want you two to have to do it!" That is the sort of generosity and kindness you can expect from start to finish if you choose to work with Christine. I write this review sitting in my new living room and so grateful to have had Christine along the way. I don't think we would be here without her.
