Dan Neske brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of Cape Cod real estate to William Raveis garnered over 22+ years renting, selling, and managing properties on the island, he has positioned himself to be in the top percent of Cape Cod Realtors, successfully selling more than 300+ properties, and becoming a multi-million-dollar producer on the Cape. In addition to his real estate experience, Dan holds a degree in Business, Hospitality, and Resort Management, and spent the better half of 30 years working in customer service and the property management industry, including Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster. He had to the opportunity to travel extensively around Europe; his favorites including Sweden, Norway, and skiing in the Dolomites of Italy. It was during this time that he realized his passion for skiing and other outdoor activities, such as golf and mountain biking. Dan pursued this passion and moved to Steamboat, Colorado where he spent eight years enjoying outdoor sports, and six of those years managing a large property company. After traveling around the world, 22 years ago Dan chose to make the beautiful, Cape Cod, MA his home a place where he has special memories of visiting while growing up. Along with his wife, this Girl Dad of two is raising his own family on this beautiful island. He is passionate about sharing that beauty with the world and his clients.

Personal

Cape Cod has been my home for the past 23 years and have been summering on the Cape my entire life. My grandparents built a home in Yarmouth in 1982 and have many fond memories of visiting every summer as a child. Now I get to raise my kids in this beautiful area we call the Cape. My family and I love taking local adventures all over Cape Cod. My lovely wife is a 4th-grade teacher in Sandwich and have 2 beautiful girls, an energetic 13-year-old daughter Sophia, and the little boss of the family, Olivia Grace who is 10 years old. I love them so much and will do anything for them. I am very active in the community and spend time donating and raising money for Cancer research. After losing my Mom and Dad to cancer it is an area that is near and dear to my heart. I tend to live life to the fullest and enjoy my friends and family as much as I can. Life is fleeting so I take advantage of every moment. I have a 20 ft. boat out of Bass River Marina in Dennis that my Dad and I did some serious fishing on and my family enjoys gentle fun cruises up and down the Bass River, trips to Wellfleet, Ptown, and more. I love being active and am involved in hockey/softball leagues on the Cape, I also love to ski, mountain bike, golf, fish, and pretty much anything else that involves being outdoors. Something a little different about me is that I attended my last 2 years in High School at a private international school in London, England. The American Community School of Hillingdon. I came away with great friends from all areas of the globe and got to learn all about different cultures. While in England I was able to travel extensively around Europe. My favorites included spending time in Sweden, Norway, and skiing in the Dolomites of Italy. After leaving Wimbledon Village in England I moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado where I went to school and soon after started working for a property management company managing a 60 unit year-round property and eventually managing all areas of the company which had multiple seasonal rental condos and homes. After 6 years of working in all areas of the company, I felt it was time to move on to explore my love of helping people while being closer to the Ocean and more importantly closer to my family on Cape Cod. Upon moving back I took a job as a manager of Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club. It was a great experience but felt property management and sales were more of the path I was going down. I worked as a reservationist and owner liaison for a year until the Real Estate field was calling my name. That was about 17 years ago and haven't looked back since. After I graduated with a degree in Business, Hospitality and Resort Management I have been involved in Customer Service and The Property Management Industry for the better part of 26+ years. I feel I have exceptional people skills and enjoy working with everyone I meet. My relaxed demeanor and professionalism puts my clients at ease and makes them feel comfortable in the ability to trust my decisions and guidance. While living in Colorado I ran a large property management company for 6 years. I was in charge of all aspects of the company from training, scheduling, owner relations and much more. When I moved home to Cape Cod I was a manager at a Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster. I realized I needed more flexibility to allow time for family and began my career in Real Estate. I have been renting, selling, and managing properties on Cape Cod for over 22 years now and love what I do.
