30+ years in Finance, Accounting and Auditing to go with 10+ years in Retail gives me a great understanding of the importance of Customer Service in today's world of Real Estate. While great to have received numerous customer service awards, the best reward is the smile on the faces of happy clients. I am new to Real Estate but have watched my wife enjoy working with people that I decided to get my license in 2023 and have joined her.

Being in Hilton Head and teaming with my wife, Cynthia Fern, has been a blessing. We have been helping military personnel relocating and retirees find the right communities for them. Investment buyers are also a huge part of the market in Hilton Head area. There are a lot of details that need to be discussed with them.
