David Robertson Is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and North Carolina. He was recruited by & joined William Raveis Real Estate, Boca Raton office, May 2024 as a Broker Associate. Since 1987 he has worked with property buyers & sellers; builder/developers, investors & consumers. He founded Real Estate Community Advisor, LLC, 2015. With Team RECA, he has completed hundreds of transactions in southeast Florida and beyond. He ranks in the top 4% of listing agents, IMS REStats, selling listings faster and at 96% of list price. Former ideal-LIVING Resort & Retirement Magazine editor & Realty Presentations Inc., Director, Dave has presented worldwide to 50+ consumers, builder/developers and investors since 1989. This NJ native moved south to attend college and stayed. Dave has lived and owned property around, Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas & U.S.V.I. He lives in Boca Delray Beach and is very experienced helping investors, resort, retirees, and snowbirds identify, buy and sell properties.
