He's completed hundreds of (Visit Website) transactions since founding Real Estate Community Advisor, LLC, 2015, in Boca Raton. May, 2024 they were recruited by & joined William Raveis. They were the Top Producing Raveis Team 2024. They serve South Palm Beach & Broward Counties, Florida. Former ideal-LIVING Magazine editor, Dave has presented worldwide to 50+ consumers, builder/developers and investors since 1989. A NJ native, he moved to N.C. to attend college at ECU and never went back. He has lived in and owned property in FL, GA, the Carolinas & the U.S.V.I. He is very experienced helping resort, retirees, and snowbirds find their ideal property.
