"I went with this agent because she sold another property in my builing and my neighbor said good things. In retrospect I should have done more research. I know it's tough to predict outcomes in real estate and we did end up selling the property fairly quickly - but I had to lower the price by 25K. Additionally, commuication was lacking and I was often wondering the status of activities. I am out of state and all of the work except for one meeting was done by phone.
