There were several problems with the property that needed to be dealt with before selling and Laurie's knowledge of the local businesses capable of handling the work was impressive. As we live in Ohio, we needed to return home before much of the work could be done so she basically acted as a general contractor and oversaw the operations and kept us informed about the progress. The work was completed in a timely fashion and we proceeded with the closing on the date that was anticipated. All the details related to the closing were by necessity handled by long distance and facilitated by Laurie.
